Message From Our President
My name is Rosalio Altamirano. I am the President/Project Manager for INK Ventures, LLC. I am proud to provide products and services to serve the needs of governmental entities.
I am a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's degree in Government from Sacramento State University. In addition, I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
I have worked in government my entire life managing contracts and drafting solicitations. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to manage renovation projects, HAZMAT projects, environmental restoration, and IT projects to name a few.
